Currently, it can test glass with specifications and sizes up to 1500 * 2600mm. It can directly test the vehicle's failure load force, displacement, bending strength, and failure time.
2、 Reference standards:
1. Testing Machine Standard: GB/T 16491-1996 Electronic WANNENG Testing Machine
2. The equipment testing method shall be in accordance with the standard GB/T17841-2008 EN1288-3: Conduct a glass four point bending strength test in 2000.
3、 Technical parameters:
1. Test force: 30kN;
2. Force sensor: 30kN;
3. Level: 0.5, relative attenuation of indication within ± 1%;
4. Speed range: 0.01mm/min-500mm/min, relative error within ± 1%;
5. Control mode: stress control, 2 ± 0.4MPa/s;
6. Test results: Meet the standard GB/T17841-2008 (Appendix A) EN1288-3: 2000, including the load of glass failure, test displacement, bending strength, time from loading to test failure, etc;
